If left untreated, leaks and other problems in pumps and pressure tanks can cost you precious time, money, and hassle down the road. Our annual inspections help us catch and fix issues in your equipment before they start causing you headaches.
Our annual inspection also includes a water analysis to discover unwanted elements, such as nitrates, iron, and manganese, that might be contaminating your water supply and causing problems with your plumbing. Once our analysis is complete, you'll receive a written report outlining any potential areas of concern, and we can discuss the best way to correct the problem.

Equipment Repair
Although we install only the highest quality equipment, corrosive water and normal wear and tear will eventually cause pumps and other equipment to require repair and maintenance. When they do, we'll be there to provide prompt, reliable service.

If you call during regular business hours, we will try our best to send a repair crew on the same business day or early the next. We know how important a fully-functioning water supply is and won't make you wait for service.
After-hours callers will reach an answering service who will alert us of the situation. We will then call you back right away to determine your needs and set up a time to come to your location. In the case of true emergencies, such as severe leaks or a complete loss of water flow to the house, we will send an on-call emergency crew to your home as quickly as possible.

Jensen Well Company has been in business since 1947, and our main driller and water system installer each have more than 25 years of experience in the field. Each of our service crew leaders have no less than 15 years of experience, so you can rest assured that your equipment will be taken care of properly. Additionally, our service crew members are fully insured, properly licensed, and mindful of your property - if they have to go into your house, they wear booties over their shoes to ensure that they don't scuff or dirty your floors.
Fully-Stocked Replacement Equipment
When a pump or pressure tank breaks down, we'll do everything we can to repair it. Unfortunately, sometimes they reach the end of their life expectancy and need to be replaced. Because we keep every size of pump and pressure tank in stock, you won't have to wait for replacement parts to be shipped from the manufacturer. We pride ourselves on being able to locate the part you need and get your well up and running again in a matter of hours.
While the equipment we carry generally comes with a limited manufacturer warranty, you can also purchase extended warranties on pumps and motors. We'll help you weigh your options to find the best fit for your budget - and your peace of mind.
